Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) to serve in an elementary school setting in Fuquay Varina, NC. This position spans the current school year (CSY), providing essential therapy services to support student communication and language development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student goals
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to student Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid SLP licensure with CCC credential
• Experience working as an SLP in school settings, preferably elementary education
• Strong knowledge of speech-language pathology best practices and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, families, and school staff
• Ability to manage caseload effectively and adapt to diverse student needs
