Key Responsibilities:
- Apply paint and coatings to various products, including large mechanical parts, using hand sprayers and brushes according to MIL-SPEC requirements
- Mix paints and coatings to meet specified color and finish requirements.
- Clean, mask, and prepare parts for sandblast treatment
- Monitor and maintain paint and supply inventories.
- Maintain daily painting logs and complete all required documentation accurately.
- Safely move parts in and out of paint booths using forklifts.
- Perform routine maintenance on painting equipment, including cleaning sprayers and brushes and replacing filters.
- Support a culture of safety by following all safety procedures and keeping the work area clean and organized.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years’ related experience; previous auto body experience preferred
- Must have prior experience masking and preparing items for painting
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with other departments
- Ability to read technical documents
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
