JMCO Technologies is seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team. In this role, you'll produce precision components and tooling for automotive OEMs and other manufacturing clients. You'll work on diverse projects using CNC and manual machining equipment, collaborating with our engineering and fabrication teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications
- Working understanding of machining fundamentals (CNC and manual operations)
- Experience with mills and lathes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Proficiency with precision measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and professional work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow
Preferred
- Experience with Haas machining centers and/or ProtoTRAK equipment
- Proficiency with Fusion 360 software
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machining centers, manual mills, and lathes
- Perform precision operations including milling, turning, facing, and threading
- Program and set up jobs using CAM software
- Inspect finished parts to specification
- Maintain equipment and uphold shop safety standards
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and fabrication teams
