Skilled Flux Core Welders – 2nd & 3rd Shift!
Position Summary: In this role, you’ll perform precision welding on large metal parts, ensuring strength, durability, and compliance with engineering and quality standards.
Essential Functions:

Able to produce high quality welds

Grinding and prepping parts based on drawings and verbal instructions

UsingFCAW and SMAW with full proficiency
-
Welding with larger wire sizes across various applications
-
Setting and adjusting welding parameters for optimal performance

Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED
-
3+ years of fabrication and structural welding experience
-
Strong skills inSMAW, FCAW, and GMA

Ability to work in teams and independently

A strong commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship
