Position –Production Worker

Job Location –Inver Grove Heights, MN

Employment Term –Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type –Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift)–2nd Shift - 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, must be able to train on 1st shift

Starting Pay –$20.35per hour

Required Education –High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience –1 yearpreviousmanufacturing experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Package lubricant products into containers ofvarious sizesin a manufacturing environment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards tomaintaina safe work environment.
• Monitor machinery, make minor adjustments, and ensure quality and efficiency requirements are met.
• Enter order data accurately into the computer system.
• Follow product and packaging specifications while adhering to the production schedule.
• Perform machine changeovers and end-of-run cleaning under the guidance of the Process Lead and Shift Manager.
• Operate andmaintainplant equipment, documenting processconditionsand uptime.
• Assistwith warehouse operations, including picking orders, receiving inventory, and material handling.
• Conduct general labor tasks, including cleaning, organizing, andassistingwith machine operations.
• Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and orderly.
• Take on special duties as assigned by supervisors.
