Mental Health Clinician (Registered Intern or Licensed)

Compensation:
$55,000 - $70,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual therapy using evidence-based approaches (CBT, ACT, and other modalities aligned with your training)
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on established therapeutic principles and evidence-based practice
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, physicians, counselors, and psychologists
- Conduct initial interviews with clients for diagnostic clarification
- Participate in continuing education activities to stay current on developments in mental health care
Qualifications:
- US Work Authorization
- At least 1 year of Mental Health Counseling Experience
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Psychiatry, or a related field
- Experience with evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
- A commitment to working with underserved populations and a commitment to social justice
