Job DescriptionFamily Nurse Practitioner (FNP) - Primary Care
Job location: LaFayette, GA
Job Type: Full time/ Onsite
Key Responsibilities:

Perform physical exams and preventive care visits

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions

Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results

Develop and manage individualized treatment plans

Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate

Refer patients to specialists when needed
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
-
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure quality care
-
Provide patient education on health management and prevention
Requirements:

Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license
-
Board Certified FNP
-
Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)

Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
