Human Resources Coordinator (Part-Time)

Pay Rate: $21.25 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule: 3 days per week
Location: Cleveland Ohio

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and people-focused Human Resources Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience and demonstrated proficiency in the following areas:

Microsoft 365
Paycor
Recruiting and candidate coordination
Employee relations
FMLA administration
Benefits administration
New-hire onboarding
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support employee onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related questions.
Manage and track FMLA requests and related documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation within Paycor and other systems.
Assist with employee relations matters while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Support HR projects and administrative functions as needed.
Utilize Microsoft 365 applications for communication, reporting, scheduling, and document management.

Qualifications

Previous human resources experience required.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Paycor is required.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented.
Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
