- 2 Years OTR experience in the last 3 years
- ValidCDL-Awith a clean driving record
- Tanker endorsement– must be obtained within 45 days
- Hazmat endorsement– must be obtained within 90 days
- Ability to safely operate trucks and reefers, conduct inspections, and handle paperwork
- Knowledge ofload securement ability to manage refrigerated freight
Safety Performance Bonus $500 Month
Drivers are eligible for the bonus based on Safety and Performance Scores
