Provide critical, patient-centered care in an acute emergency setting as a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient treatment plans.

  • Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and assistive personnel, providing clinical guidance to maintain care quality.
  • Participate in ongoing education and competency evaluations tailored to patient populations and clinical procedures.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license.
  • Experience in Emergency Room nursing with strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Successful completion of Basic Cardiac Arrhythmia (BCA) test prior to assignment start.
  • Flexibility to float between departments and local facilities within a 20-mile radius.
  • Ability to work independently and in team settings under dynamic conditions.
