Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license.
- Experience in Emergency Room nursing with strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Successful completion of Basic Cardiac Arrhythmia (BCA) test prior to assignment start.
- Flexibility to float between departments and local facilities within a 20-mile radius.
- Ability to work independently and in team settings under dynamic conditions.
