You do not need previous restaurant experience. We are willing to train the right person who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and dependable attendance.
If you already have line cook or food-service experience, that is a definite plus and may be reflected in your starting pay.

We will work around college class schedules when reasonably possible, but dependable morning availability is important. Some food truck events, catering jobs, and busy service periods may also require afternoon or evening availability.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and complete daily food prep
- Cook, assemble, and serve menu items
- Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food-safety procedures
- Maintain consistent food quality and presentation
- Keep the food truck clean, stocked, organized, and safe
- Assist with opening, setup, restocking, closing, and cleanup
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Stay calm and productive during busy service periods
- Help with inventory and other daily food truck operations
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
Qualifications
- No previous cooking experience required—we will train the right motivated person
- Line cook or food-service experience is a plus
- Must be dependable and arrive on time
- Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be willing to learn and accept coaching
- Must be able to multitask and work efficiently
- Must maintain good personal hygiene and a clean workspace
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be willing to undergo a background check
- Morning availability is strongly preferred

Starting pay will be based on experience, availability, attitude, and demonstrated ability.
After 30 days, performance, reliability, speed, teamwork, and overall fit may be reviewed for possible performance bonuses and additional opportunities.
