Sr. Human Resources Generalist / HR Analyst
Pay: $105-115K (Fully onsite in Central Orange County )
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Provide expertise in human resources management systems.
• Collect data and analyze it to improve HR strategies and processes, as well as suggest ways to increase the functional productivity and workflow of the HR department.
• Create and edit reports, analyze information, and share insights.
• Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Provide training for system users.
• Act as a lead for HRIS system implementation, including continued testing and configuration, system optimization post go-live, and coordination and management of cross-functional teams and systems.
• Ensure applications integrate into existing and planned infrastructure.
• Actively identify and resolve issues or opportunities for enhanced user experience and other HRIS integrations.
• Develop, document, and maintain all current and new HRIS business process workflows for efficiency and compliance.
• Lead the continuous evaluation and evolution of HR systems, including recruiting, compensation, benefits, performance management, training and time tracking systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with legal regulations.
• Generate and analyze reports from HR systems to provide insights on employee performance, compensation, and benefits usage.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure it meets the organization's training and development needs.
• Identify and resolve issues with HR systems in a timely manner. Collaborate with other HR professionals to improve HR processes and systems
• Handle bi-weekly payroll, including but not limited to: retro pay, prorating, etc.
• Administer benefits offered: PTO, FMLA, worker’s compensation
• Ensure accurate and timely compliance reporting (EEO-1, unemployment claims, government filings, etc.)
• Oversee and manage unemployment claims across multiple states
• Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy, and when needed properly offboard people. May be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and review policies and practices to maintain compliance
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience
• Direct experience with HRIS implementation

• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems
• Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing the workplace, evolving best practices, and demonstrated judgment in identifying and adapting applicable frameworks to deliver concise practical advice and usable work-product
• Maintaining the integrity of HR processes and strict confidentiality of employee information, other confidential business information, and legally privileged matters
• Excellent listening and oral and written communication skills as applied across all levels of the organization
• Advanced to expert knowledge and skill in business intelligence technologies, such as data integration, data quality, data warehousing, master data management, and data analytics. Ability to analyze data to support decisions and drive process and performance improvements.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including word processing, spreadsheets, and other relevant business software and databases
• The ability to handle multiple deadlines while remaining responsive to urgent or intervening business needs.
