\n\nQualifications / Job Requirements\n

- Minimum 2 years of outpatient Physical Therapy experience (outpatient rehab, orthopedics preferred)\n
- Current Massachusetts Board of Allied Health Physical Therapist license (MA PT license)\n
- Current CPR/AED Certification\n
- Experience with orthopedic, vestibular, pelvic health, or women's health cases is a plus\n
- Strong documentation skills and proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)\n
- Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills\n

- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for outpatient physical therapy patients\n
- Provide high-quality rehabilitation services across a diverse caseload including orthopedics, vestibular, pelvic rehab, and women's health\n
- Manage a daily caseload of 8–10 patients while ensuring patient satisfaction and optimal clinical outcomes\n
- Collaborate with referring providers and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care\n
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the clinic EMR and support quality improvement initiatives\n
- Participate in department meetings, patient education, and discharge planning as needed\n
