JOB SUMMARY AND REGULAR DUTIES:
- Buying a vast array of products, from gold and diamonds to tools and laptops.
- Making profitable deals.
- Maintaining product knowledge.
- Building relationships with customers and developing leads that can blossom into a future of regular patronage and advocacy.
- Answering phones, emails, and text messages.
- Using the store software.
- Typing and using the internet for research.
- Learning how to use tools of the trade and recent technologies.
- Add customers to our Rewards Program and maintain their profiles.
- Opening and/or closing the store.
- Count money accurately.
- General cleaning.
Qualifications
- Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
- Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
- Willingness to work well in a team environment
- Ability to quickly and accurately work a register
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
