Supply Chain Vendor Coordinator


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal teams and external vendors
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Manufacturing or industrial environment experience
  • Background in supply chain, materials, logistics, shipping, or receiving preferred
  • Experience coordinating schedules, materials, and vendor deliverables

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and suppliers, managing day-to-day communication and coordination
  • Coordinate material availability, delivery schedules, and on-site requirements with vendors and internal teams
  • Track vendor performance, resolve delivery issues, and address material shortages or discrepancies
  • Ensure materials are delivered on time, in full, and in compliance with safety and operational standards
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align vendor schedules with project and installation timelines
  • Oversee inventory levels related to vendor-managed materials and support inventory audits as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to vendor agreements, deliveries, and material flow
