About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Purchasing & Finance Specialist. You’ll play a critical role in our operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and financial integrity. This is not just an administrative role—it’s a dynamic position where your strategic thinking and relationship-building skills will shine.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Manage invoicing, new account setup, and proposal creation
✅ Track and measure gross margins, inventory levels, and term ratio management
✅ Handle purchasing and vendor relations with precision
✅ Support executives with high-level administrative tasks
✅ Interact with customers, ensuring a seamless experience
✅ Maintain meticulous financial records and assist with reporting

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $65,000 - $70,000
• Health Insurance: BCBS Gold PPO (80% company-paid after 90 days)
• 401(k) + 4% Match (after 1 year)
• 9 Paid Holidays + PTO Package
• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM
