Job Description
Hiring Japanese Voice Actors for a short-term project. Participants will work directly with a leading AI lab to improve AI models ability to handle and produce audio data.
Professional experience in voice acting is preferred but not required. Candidates with speaking or audio experience in music, television, podcasts, Twitch streaming, comedy, YouTube, radio, or similar fields are welcome.
Candidates must be born and raised in Japan and should be proficient in English to ensure effective communication during the project.

Duration: Approximately 12 weeks from the start date

Pay: $200 USD per finished hour (based on submitted audio length)

Commitment: 210 hours per week

Requirements

Ability to speak in a customer service voice (neutral to upbeat tone, clear pronunciation, consistent pacing)

Strong attention to detail for punctuation (commas, dashes, etc.) and ability to follow or adjust scripts for natural delivery

Access to a professional audio recording setup (home studio, high-quality microphone, soundproofing, audio interface, pop filter, and editing software)
