Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN Pleasant Valley Nursing &amp; Rehab Center Derry, NH $55–$60/hour
Pleasant Valley Nursing &amp; Rehab Center is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling while supporting residents with mobility, strength, and functional goals in a skilled nursing setting.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Complete physical therapy evaluations and provide individualized treatment</li>
<li>Address gait training, balance, strengthening, transfers, and endurance goals</li>
<li>Collaborate with rehab staff and nursing on resident care plans</li>
<li>Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed</li>
<li>Maintain timely documentation</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Active PT license required</li>
<li>Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required</li>
<li>Strong clinical and communication skills</li>
</ul>
