We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide school-based services for the 20252026 school year in Piedmont, California. The PT will support students mobility, motor skills, and physical access to educational environments across multiple grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations and write prehensive reports

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals

• Provide direct therapy and consultative services

• Collaborate with educators, families, and IEP teams

• Maintain timely documentation and progress reports

• Support student access and participation in school-based activities

Qualifications:

• Valid California Physical Therapist license

• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred

• Strong interpersonal and munication skills

• Ability to work with diverse student populations
