A compounding pharmacy in the Dallas area (Highland Village / Frisco) is seeking a Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join its team. Key Responsibilities

Prepare sterile and non-sterile compounded medications under USP <797>, <795>, and <800> standards

Follow aseptic technique and gowning procedures in ISO-classified cleanrooms

Accurately measure, mix, and document ingredients using approved processes and equipment

Maintain sanitation protocols, batch records, logs, and inventory

Label and package medications for pharmacist verification

Assist with inventory control and restocking of supplies

Support QA checks and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent

Valid Texas Pharmacy Technician license (or eligible to obtain)

1?2 years of compounding experience preferred (sterile or non-sterile); entry-level candidates with strong attention to detail will be trained

Familiarity with cleanroom procedures and USP standards a plus
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a 503A or 503B compounding pharmacy

Knowledge of USP <800> for hazardous drug handling

Familiarity with compounding documentation systems (e.g., PK Compounder, Lifefile)

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Comfortable working in cleanroom attire with repetitive tasks
