Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:
- Valid teaching certification in Special Education
- Prior experience working with students who have diverse learning needs
- Strong skills in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaboration skills for working with families, support staff, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management abilities
- Flexibility and creativity to adapt lessons to individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, adapt, and deliver instructional materials in alignment with IEP goals
- Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly
- Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that supports positive behaviors
- Meet and communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and team members regarding student progress
- Maintain records, documentation, and progress reports as required by the school and district policies
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development as needed
