Key Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services for students facing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop individualized plans that promote student success
- Conduct assessments to identify barriers to learning and connect students with community resources
- Facilitate group sessions focused on social skills, conflict resolution, and coping strategies

Required Qualifications:
- Masters degree in social work or a closely related field
- Valid social worker licensure or certification appropriate for school settings
- Experience working with elementary-aged students in a school environment preferred
- Strong skills in student assessment, counseling, and family engagement
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and community partners
- Knowledge of special education processes and mental health interventions is a plus
