Summary: Seeking an Electrical Engineer with recreational boating experience for R&D, testing, and development of electrical systems in marine products.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Marine Engineering

3-5 years of engineering experience with marine products
-
Knowledge of DC motors, batteries, wiring schematics, and electrical test equipment

Understanding of boat electrical systems, design, and functionality
-
Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings
Preferred Skills:
-
Experience with Catia
-
Competency in FTA, FMEA
-
Data acquisition and laboratory skills
Job Responsibilities:
-
Provide requirements and component specifications for boat electrical systems
-
Develop and integrate propulsion systems into boat systems for system layouts
-
Ensure grounding and galvanic protection requirements for AC and DC electrical systems

Understand battery and charging system requirements
-
Collaborate with vendors for the development of electrical systems and components to ensure continuous improvement and quality
Pay Details: $50.00 to $54.00 per hour
