Job DescriptionZing Recruiting has partnered with one of our premier clients in the pharmaceutical and medical diagnostics industry to fill a Graphic Designer / Technical Writing role. If you love using INDESIGN and are an INDESIGN pro,and have utilized your experience in a scientific field, and you've participated in creating, management, labeling, reviewing, revising, and finalizing high-quality documentation for Medical Systems products, this could be a great role for you.. Candidate will serve as key point of contact between project teams in the Technical Documentation Department.
Position pays up to $37.00 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities HIghlights Include:
- Graphic Designer/Technical Writer on project teams
- Involved in meetings with various departments
- Maintain project schedules and update the Manager of the PHCS Documentation Department
- Involved in the creation, review, revision and approval and publication of documentation and labeling for all Medical Systems products.
- Assists in the coordination and maintenance of corporate standards and certificate library management activities.
Highlights of Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design within pharmaceutical, diagnostics, or FDA regulated industries.
- Proficiency in design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign), and familiarity with workflow tools and project management systems
- Understanding of FDA requirements, regulatory workflows, and compliance standards.
