Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Keener, NC

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a skilled and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Keener, North Carolina. This is a rewarding opportunity to help K12 students strengthen their communication skills and reach their academic and social potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify individual student needs

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on each students goals

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress

• Maintain thorough documentation of services, progress reports, and IEP compliance

• Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and professional development activities

• Educate families and staff on techniques to support communication growth

• Monitor and adjust therapy plans according to student progress and needs

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Current North Carolina SLP license or eligibility for licensure

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFs encouraged to apply

• Previous school-based experience preferred

• Strong skills in communication, organization, and collaboration
