Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details
- Order entry, billing inquiries, or inventory management, which are core requirements for this role.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using data entry systems and ERP tools
- Handle cash transactions accurately when required
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and resolve complex customer issues
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette, communication skills, and professionalism at all times
Skills
- Multilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically
- Experience in sales, customer support in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent data entry skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems
- Order entry, account management and B2B experience
- Good analysis skills for assessing customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during interactions
