Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Paid Training & Certification Provided

Location: Kihei, HI
Job Type: Full-Time (30+ hours) or Part-Time (under 30 hours)
Salary Range: $20 – $22 Hourly, (depending on experience and hours worked)
Sign-On Bonus: $850 for non-certified RBTs***

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM

Overview:

We are hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work at our locally owned clinic in Mililani, Hawaii. No certification or prior experience is required. We provide in-person, paid training and guide you through the entire RBT certification process with dependable support.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a background screening
• Ability to work on-site at our clinic in Mililani
• Physical requirements include frequent movement such as sitting on the floor, standing, bending, and responding quickly to client needs
• Ability to lift or assist clients and equipment up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
