What You'll Do

As our Administrative Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all daily tasks. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Administrative Support: Assist with a variety of daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

  • Document Management: Maintain organized electronic and physical files for records, invoices, and compliance documentation.

  • Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately input data into Excel and internal tools, helping generate reports on key business metrics.

  • Office Coordination: Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners, assisting with inquiries and resolving minor discrepancies.

  • Supply Management: Monitor and order office supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.

  • Meeting Support: Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and managing correspondence.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven Administrative Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role.

  • Excel Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must (e.g., creating spreadsheets, basic formulas, sorting, filtering).
