Work Schedule will be from 7AM - 3:30PM, M- F.
We are a family-owned American manufacturer specializing in electric actuators and controls used in valve and damper automation across industrial markets.
This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on assembly, manufacturing, mechanical, or production experience who enjoys working with tools, reading blueprints, and being part of a steady Monday–Friday team.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble products, parts, and components according to production requirements
- Use hand tools, assembly tools, and equipment safely and accurately
- Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production documents
- Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy
- Rotate through different production tasks as needed
- Prepare completed products for shipment
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company safety policies and quality standards
- Work with team members to improve efficiency and workflow
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, mechanical work, or a related field
- Ability to read blueprints or technical instructions
- Comfortable using basic hand tools and assembly equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform hands-on physical work throughout the shift
- Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
- Able to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
