Job DescriptionLHH is hiring an Order Entry/Customer Service Specialistto support our client’s growing team! If you enjoy helping others, solving problems, and keeping things organized, this could be the perfect fit.What You’ll Do
- Process and manage customer orders, track deliveries, and provide updates.
- Answer questions about products, pricing, and availability.
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and other departments.
- Handle returns, credits, and other order-related tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures.
- Support sales staff and help build strong customer relationships.
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
- 3+ years of customer service or order entry experience.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and team spirit.
Pay/Benefits:
- Pay is $23/hr - $25/hr depending on experience

Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
