What You'll Be Responsible For
As our Maryland Regional Sales Specialist, you will serve as the face of KovoRCM throughout your territory and drive strategic revenue growth by:
Growing Market Share Across Maryland & Eastern Region
Develop and execute a territory sales strategy designed to penetrate healthcare systems, physician groups, ambulatory centers, clinics, and specialty providers.
Building High-Value Healthcare Relationships
Create and nurture long-term partnerships with decision makers including CEOs, CFOs, Practice Administrators, Revenue Cycle Directors, and Billing Leaders.
Hunting New Business Opportunities
Identify, prospect, and close new healthcare accounts through networking, outreach, referrals, conferences, and targeted lead generation.
Becoming the Territory Expert
Stay ahead of healthcare reimbursement trends, RCM pain points, payer challenges, and competitor activity to position KovoRCM as the preferred solution.
Delivering Consultative Sales Presentations
Lead compelling sales meetings, solution demos, proposals, and contract discussions tailored to each client’s operational and financial goals.
Collaborating with Internal Leadership
Work closely with operations, implementation, and executive teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success.
Achieving and Surpassing Revenue Goals
This role is built for a producer. You will be expected to consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual growth targets.

- Candidate MUST live in Maryland
- 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, pipeline development, and closing new accounts
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a national team
- Highly motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Willingness to travel throughout Maryland and surrounding Eastern markets
Compensation & Perks
- Competitive Base Salary: $90,000 – $100,000
