This is a new position that will be responsible for overseeing Raiser's Edge and providing data driven insights to design fundraising strategies and improve systems. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Assistant Head of School to lead and improve strategy, efficiency, and effectiveness of fundraising efforts
- Evaluate processes to ensure they are effective and efficient
- Manage the organization's Raiser's Edge transition to web view
- Design strategy around data; develop a plan for year 1, year 2, etc...
- Collaborate on effective moves management
- Lead integration and training for technology tools
- Manage and mentor one team member
Qualifications:
- 5-7+ of years relevant experience; higher education or independent school experience a plus
- Bachelor's degree required
- Thrive in a collaborative environment
- Flexible and possess the ability to shift strategy focus as needed
- Experience with integrating systems and conversions
- Analytical, inquisitive, and able to research and dig into data
- Technologically savvy and experienced in Raiser's Edge
- GiveCampus experience a plus
- Experience developing and running a moves management system is a plus
