This is a new position that will be responsible for overseeing Raiser's Edge and providing data driven insights to design fundraising strategies and improve systems. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Assistant Head of School to lead and improve strategy, efficiency, and effectiveness of fundraising efforts
• Evaluate processes to ensure they are effective and efficient
• Manage the organization's Raiser's Edge transition to web view
• Design strategy around data; develop a plan for year 1, year 2, etc...
• Collaborate on effective moves management
• Lead integration and training for technology tools
• Manage and mentor one team member

Qualifications:

• 5-7+ of years relevant experience; higher education or independent school experience a plus
• Bachelor's degree required
• Thrive in a collaborative environment
• Flexible and possess the ability to shift strategy focus as needed
• Experience with integrating systems and conversions
• Analytical, inquisitive, and able to research and dig into data
• Technologically savvy and experienced in Raiser's Edge
• GiveCampus experience a plus
• Experience developing and running a moves management system is a plus
