Our ideal candidate will play a critical role in delivering patient care during surgical procedures, ensuring both the safety and comfort of patients before, during, and after operations.The RN will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary surgical team, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists, to provide high-quality care tailored to each patient s needs. The incumbent clinical expertise will be vital in preparing the operating room, maintaining sterile techniques, and implementing protocols for infection control.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
BLS required
DC RN license
Prefer one year full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting
Requirements specified for specialty unit
Skills:
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Effective interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to adapt to multiple and changing priorities
