Service Center Receptionist

Motorhomes of Texas, a luxury motorhome dealership, is currently seeking an experienced detail-oriented Receptionist to join our service center. This position is customer facing and requires exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as meticulous attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be professional, have a positive attitude, and display a willingness to consistently put the customer first. They should be prepared, responsive, and willing to meet each challenge directly.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Greet all customers entering the Service Center.
  • Serve as the conduit between customers and the service advising team.
  • Answering phones and making phone calls on behalf of the Service Director and service advising team.
  • Forward phone calls to appropriate departments.
  • Send and reply to office emails.
  • Make follow-up phone calls to customers after their services have been completed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma required.
  • 2 years’ customer relations experience preferred.
  • Process, solution, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly.
  • Customer service and Team oriented
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
