Job Description

Position Summary

As a Warehouse Associate at Flow-Tech Systems, you will work directly with our Operations Manager to keep our warehouse running smoothly. You will be responsible for assisting in maintaining all inventory located in our onsite warehouse; receiving items shipped from suppliers; assembling products; and shipping finished goods to our partners and clients. Your responsibilities will span shipping and receiving, assembly, inventory management, and order fulfillment. You will be a critical part of our daily operations and our ability to deliver quality products to our customers on time.


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments from our suppliers, including unloading pallets and verifying contents
  • Assemble products (“units”) and prepare them for shipping, including labeling and boxing
  • Manage onsite inventory: organize, store, and rotate stock in a clean and efficient manner
  • Prepare outgoing orders for daily UPS pickup and palletize freight shipments for carrier pickup
  • Operate warehouse equipment and tools including pallet jacks, plastic wrap dispensers, tape dispensers, box cutters, wire cutters, wire crimpers, power drills, small propane torches, and solvent cleaners
  • Support quality control processes to ensure all outgoing products meet company standards
  • Maintain an organized, safe warehouse environment at all times


Required Qualifications

  • Ability to lift 30–40 lb boxes repeatedly and remain on your feet throughout the workday
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and quality control skills
  • Working knowledge of shipping and receiving processes from start to finish
  • High school diploma or equivalent


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior warehouse or logistics experience
  • Exposure to inventory management software
  • Experience with barcoding systems, including labeling and scanning
  • Experience with CRM (i.e. Salesforce)
  • Some college coursework or a Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
