Job Title: Data Entry Clerk
Location: Totowa, NJ
Pay Rate: $18.00–$19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Totowa, NJ. This role focuses on accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in company systems while supporting daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with computers in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Enter and update data accurately into internal systems
• Review information for errors or missing details
• Maintain organized digital and paper records
• Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
• Follow company procedures to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Qualifications:
• Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry software
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
