Location: Montana, USA

Salary: $42,000-$48,000 (plus commission)

Schedule: M-F

We help businesses, government agencies, and organizations turn chaotic paper processes into streamlined, secure, accessible systems—protecting sensitive data while freeing up space, time, and peace of mind.

We're looking for an exceptional, Montana-located professional to become the CEO's right hand in the U.S. market. You'll be the driving force behind client relationships, sales execution, and day-to-day operations across your territories. This is not a micromanaged role- it's for someone who thrives with high autonomy, takes full ownership, and wants to build something meaningful in a growing, founder-led company.

What You'll Do

  • Lead outbound sales in your territory—prospecting, building pipeline, and creating opportunities from the ground up
  • Conduct professional on-site consultations, facility walk-throughs, and needs assessments
  • Collaborate on high-quality proposals, scopes of work, quotes, and project estimates
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and timely CRM records (we live by the data)
  • Guide prospects through our proven assessment-to-contract process and close deals with confidence
  • Represent company with excellence at industry conferences, local chamber events, city/town meetings, and networking opportunities
  • Partner closely with operations to ensure flawless service delivery

Who We're Looking For

  • U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (required)
  • Based in Montana
  • Proven sales experience selling professional services, business services, or similar (we love hunters who close)
  • 2+ years in operations, client services, account management, or business development
  • A background or strong interest in records management, compliance, information governance, data security, or other data-sensitive fields is a big plus
  • Outstanding communicator- clear, concise, and persuasive in writing, on calls, in boardrooms, and face-to-face
  • Independent, reliable, self-directed—you're comfortable owning outcomes with minimal oversight
