Community Skilled Health Care Centre is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our therapy department. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities for OTs who are passionate about making a real difference in the lives of our short-term rehab and long-term care residents.

Your Role:

• Evaluate residents’ physical and cognitive abilities and develop personalized treatment plans

• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions

• Focus on improving residents’ ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Collaborate closely with nursing, rehab, and other care team members

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

What You Need:

• Valid Ohio Occupational Therapist license

• Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or rehab setting preferred

• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

• Dedication to high-quality, resident-centered care
