Pay Rate Starting: $26/hr
WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in long-term care settings. In this role, you will be essential in providing compassionate and skilled care to residents in nursing homes and assisted living facilities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
- Monitoring residents' health and reporting any changes or concerns to nursing staff.
- Administering prescribed medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Offering emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for all residents.
- Accurately documenting care provided and any observations regarding residents' conditions.
