The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative functions. Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office communications, including email, phone calls, and mail.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, records, and databases.
  • Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Assist with office supply inventory and ordering.
  • Support event planning and coordination activities.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and other materials as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team and management.
