Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development efforts in the U.S. market for industrial machinery and equipment. The successful candidate will identify and develop opportunities within the manufacturing and industrial sectors, manage the full sales cycle, and act as the primary liaison between customers, overseas suppliers, and internal teams. This role requires strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with both clients and vendors.

- Sales experience in mechanical equipment within the chemical industry (MUST)

[B2B Sales Experience for 3-5 yeas minimally]


Work Location: Houston, TX


Status: Exempt/ Direct Hire/ Full Benefits


Base Salary: $80,000~100,000 per year (No commission/ No bonus)

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Clients' Industries: Specialty Chemical, Plastics film, pallet, compounders, Oil Gas, Geothermal, Steel, Semiconductors

Key Responsibilities


- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the manufacturing and industrial sectors.

- Conduct customer visits, perform needs assessments, and deliver proposal presentations.

- Source equipment from overseas suppliers and prepare quotations based on technical requirements.

- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including price negotiation, order placement, document control, and delivery time management.

- Collaborate with technical engineers, logistics staff, and service teams to ensure successful installations.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners.

- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and technical seminars.

- Travel domestically and internationally to customer sites, supplier factories, or company headquarters as needed.


Qualifications


- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

- Sales experience in mechanical equipment within the chemical industry (MUST)

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in machinery, industrial equipment, or trading industries.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and project coordination skills.

- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn industrial product knowledge.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

- Native in English (Spanish language skills is a plus but not required)

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
