Our Franchised fast food restaurant is a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant dedicated to serving high-quality food and excellent customer service. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team and lead daily operations to success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow
- Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and motivated work environment
- Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and food quality
- Handle scheduling, inventory management, and ordering supplies
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role (fast food experience preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Spanish Speaking
