Job description:

The Client Service Intake Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring that members entering the Health Network are accurately assessed, properly enrolled in the correct lines of business/payors, and supported through a seamless onboarding and service delivery experience. This position serves as the operational backbone for eligibility verification, intake workflow management, client experience monitoring, and referral coordination across the CABS Health Network for all programs.

Key Responsibilities

Eligibility & Enrollment

  • Obtain potential clients through referral sources; collect and validate required documentation to process eligibility for all lines of business/payor sources.
  • Identify discrepancies in eligibility data and proactively resolve issues through outreach to members, providers, payers, or internal teams to facilitate service continuity.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of eligibility rules, benefit structures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Administrative tasks as assigned.

Intake Operations

  • Manage intake queues, prioritize cases based on urgency and program requirements, and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
  • Where required, obtain authorization and coordinate with relevant programs and administrative teams to ensure a smooth hand-off for start of care/service support.
  • Participate in departmental meetings as assigned

Feedback & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Monitor and manage feedback and the level of satisfaction from clients throughout their journey with CABS Health Network
  • Track themes and trends in client feedback to identify opportunities for operational improvements, data accuracy, and service enhancements.
  • Support the development of client‐friendly materials, communication templates, and process updates that improve clarity and reduce friction during the intake process.

Data Integrity & Reporting

  • Proactively obtain, accurately enter, and consistently maintain member information in electronic systems while ensuring full compliance with data quality standards. Monitor and review reports related to intake volume, eligibility outcomes, client experience indicators, and processing timelines.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Support internal audits and quality reviews by providing documentation and clarifying intake procedures.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across the intake workflow.
  • Administrative tasks as assigned.
