We currently have positions available in our Virginia Beach office.
Southeastern Virginia Health System is seeking to hire Patient Access Representatives (PARs) to work at our medical practice in Virginia Beach, VA checking patients in and out of their appointments. Our front desk receptionists will provide excellent customer service while collecting copays, scanning documents, assuring that all documentation is complete, scheduling or rescheduling appointments, verifying insurances, maintaining a neat and orderly lobby, updating information in the computer system and maintaining patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA. Successful candidates will have excellent customer service, good communication skills, be detail-oriented, reliable, friendly and professional. Benefits are available after 90 days.
