Job Description

Private Practice |$80,000 – $110,000 + commission | Flexible schedule

We’re partnering with a well-established independent Audiology clinic in Washington, DC that’s actively seeking a personable, patient-focused Audiologist to join their team. This practice has been serving the community for over 35 years and has built a reputation for delivering outstanding, relationship-driven care. With a warm, friendly atmosphere and a refreshingly flexible approach to how you work, this is an ideal opportunity for someone who values autonomy, professional growth, and making a meaningful difference in patients’ lives.

✅ What makes this role stand out:

  • Flexibility – Full-time, part-time, or condensed hours (e.g. 4-day weeks). The schedule can be shaped around you.
  • Patient-first approach – No corporate pressure. You'll have time to build relationships and offer care you're proud of.
  • Established & trusted – 35+ years in the community with strong referral channels and consistent patient flow.
  • Collaborative team – Friendly, chatty, and supportive environment. You’ll be working alongside experienced support staff and an engaged practice manager.

🎯 What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering hearing assessments and solutions tailored to adult and geriatric patients
  • Educating and guiding patients clearly and compassionately
  • Working autonomously but supported by front-of-house and assistant staff
  • Option to be involved in outreach, senior community engagement, or business development if you’d like to expand your impact

🔍 Who this is for:

  • Licensed Audiologists (Au.D. preferred) with ideally 2+ year of experience
  • Strong communicators who enjoy connecting with patients
  • Those who thrive in independent, adaptable settings
  • Sales experience is a plus but not essential – personality and rapport-building are key

💼 The offer:

  • Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 DOE
  • Commission: Flat-rate, simple structure – open to negotiation
  • 15 days PTO + 10 public holidays
  • $250/month healthcare stipend
  • CPD/CEU support – including funded events/training
  • Supportive onboarding and long-term career potential
