Private Practice |$80,000 – $110,000 + commission | Flexible schedule
We’re partnering with a well-established independent Audiology clinic in Washington, DC that’s actively seeking a personable, patient-focused Audiologist to join their team. This practice has been serving the community for over 35 years and has built a reputation for delivering outstanding, relationship-driven care. 🎯 What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering hearing assessments and solutions tailored to adult and geriatric patients
- Educating and guiding patients clearly and compassionately
- Working autonomously but supported by front-of-house and assistant staff
- Option to be involved in outreach, senior community engagement, or business development if you’d like to expand your impact
🔍 Who this is for:
- Licensed Audiologists (Au.D. preferred) with ideally 2+ year of experience
- Strong communicators who enjoy connecting with patients
- Those who thrive in independent, adaptable settings
- Sales experience is a plus but not essential – personality and rapport-building are key
💼 The offer:
- Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 DOE
- Commission: Flat-rate, simple structure – open to negotiation
- 15 days PTO + 10 public holidays
- $250/month healthcare stipend
