Job DescriptionJob Title: Heavy Equipment Operator (Dozer &amp; Excavator) Location: Laplace, LA Job Type: Full Time with weekends as needed Pay: 25.00 hour Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our crew. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating a dozer and excavator and will take responsibility for the care and basic maintenance of their equipment. Key Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Operate dozers and excavators safely and efficiently on various job sites</li>
<li>Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance (fueling, greasing, checking fluids, etc.)</li>
<li>Follow site plans, grades, and instructions to ensure work meets project specifications</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with site supervisors and crew members to maintain productivity and safety</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Proven experience operating dozers and excavators</li>
<li>Strong understanding of construction and earthmoving procedures</li>
<li>Ability to read and follow site plans and grade stakes (preferred)</li>
<li>Commitment to safety and attention to detail</li>
<li>Valid drivers license</li>
<li>Reliable transportation to and from job sites</li>
