Position Overview
This is a sales-driven role designed for individuals who want to learn, grow, and become top-performing sales professionals. If you enjoy selling, helping customers make confident decisions, and pushing yourself to be the best, Mattress Dogzzz is the place for you.
Compensation & Benefits
- $32,000 – $100,000+ annually, based on performance

What You’ll Do
Actively sell mattresses and accessories by understanding customer needs and guiding them to the best solution
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from greeting to closing the sale
Learn and master our product lines, sales techniques, and sleep solutions
Participate in sales training with a focus on becoming a top closer
Maintain showroom presentation and product knowledge
- Work across three store locations as scheduled
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Reliable vehicle and ability to travel between locations
- Retail or sales experience is a plus, but we will train the right attitude
