Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and teas with precision and care.
- Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating areas.
- Manage inventory and assist in ordering supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Engage with customers to promote new menu items and seasonal specials.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food and beverage quality.
- Stay updated on coffee trends and techniques to improve beverage preparation.
Requirements:
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment is a plus.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
- Ability to show up to work on time.
