Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Commercial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in commercial painting projects, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a crew.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming
- Apply paint, coatings, and finishes to commercial properties
- Operate painting tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Follow project specifications, safety guidelines, and timelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure quality results
Qualifications
- 1+ years of commercial painting experience preferred
- Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to work at heights (ladders, lifts, scaffolding)
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with sprayers and industrial coatings
- OSHA certification or safety training
- Valid driver's license
