• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, clients, and stakeholders

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, donors, and event attendees

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred OR

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales promotion, marketing, advertising, or internships in similar roles

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and planning abilities

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently

• Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends to support events

• Superior time management skills and reliability in meeting deadlines

• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and commitment to outstanding customer service
